iTservercenter can satisfy the requirements of the Large Enterprise Lease tenant. An Enterprise Lease of data center space is a ten year lease of at least 10,000 square feet. The Large Enterprise Lease tenant is a large cap company or a Credit Tenant. The tenant in an iTservercenter facility can enjoy large vault spaces while retaining the maximum physical security.
In addition to all of the requirements of the Medium Enterprise customer, the Large Enterprise Lease tenant desires to lock in their lease rate for a ten year term so that their initial capital investment spent to deploy network gear, racks which house data bases, racks which house blade servers, SAN storage, and other mission critical computer equipment will be spread over a ten year term. The iTservercenter data center can compartmentalize large areas of raised floor, electric rooms, and mechanical rooms. This allows the tenant with a Large Enterprise lease to enjoy dedicated infrastructure which can neither be utilized nor accessed by others. Further, if the tenant desires a custom design with either higher levels of redundancy or, conversely, greater cost efficiencies, then iTservercenter can build a custom build to suit data center space.
